1. About us

loomei.store ("the store") is operated by Lewis Wharry, a sole trader trading as Loomei ("Loomei", "we", "us", "our"). Our business address is 37a Carclinty Road, Ballymena, BT42 1PH, United Kingdom. This is not a returns address. You can contact us at loomeisupport@gmail.com.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked here, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

3. Who can buy

We sell to customers in the United States only. If you are under the age of majority in your state of residence, you may only use the store and place orders with the permission of a parent or guardian.

4. Our store

Our store is hosted on Shopify. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the store at any time. We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Your continued use of the store after an update means you accept the changes.

5. Products and pricing

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting, and sizes may vary slightly from those listed. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel any orders placed at that price and refund you in full.

6. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full. You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, or at any time before it ships.

7. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify and our payment processors. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

8. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy. You're responsible for giving us a complete and correct shipping address.

9. Using products safely

Please follow any instructions, care labels and safety information supplied with your products. This includes using lamps with the correct plug type and bulb, assembling furniture as instructed, and never leaving burning incense unattended.

10. Your content

If you send us comments, reviews or other content, you give us permission to use it in connection with our store. You're responsible for making sure your content is lawful and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

11. Third-party links

Our store may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

12. Prohibited uses

You may not use the store for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload harmful code, to collect other people's information, or to interfere with the store's security or operation.

13. Intellectual property

The store's content, including text, images and design, belongs to Loomei or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

14. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind other than those required by law.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loomei will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law, or any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Loomei against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the store.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. This doesn't remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence.

18. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will still apply. These terms and the policies linked above are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the store.
