Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed at loomei.store. A plain-English summary is on our Shipping Information page.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states, at the same rates everywhere. We don't ship outside the United States.
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping: $8.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100.
- We don't offer express shipping.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 7–20 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can't be guaranteed.
Where your order ships from
Most of our items ship from our supplier partners' warehouses in China, and a few ship from supplier warehouses within the US. The delivery times above cover both. If you order more than one item, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate parcels on different days.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. We'll email you a tracking link when your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update after your order ships.
Late or lost orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us at loomeisupport@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Your shipping address
Please make sure you enter a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it so you can reorder with the correct address.
